Audit & Assurance

The firm conducts audits under various statutes applicable to companies, LLPs, firms, trusts, societies and individuals.

  • Statutory Audit — Audit of financial statements of companies under the Companies Act, 2013 and of other entities under their respective governing statutes, conducted in accordance with the Standards on Auditing issued by ICAI.
  • Tax Audit — Audit under Section 63 of the Income-tax Act, 2025 (corresponding to Section 44AB of the erstwhile Income-tax Act, 1961), including preparation and e-filing of the prescribed audit report forms under the Income-tax Rules, 2026.
  • Internal Audit — Review of internal controls, operational processes and compliance frameworks, with reporting to management on observations and suggested improvements.
  • GST Audit & Reconciliations — Preparation and certification of reconciliation statements and annual returns under the GST law, as applicable.
  • Audit of Not-for-Profit Entities — Audit of Registered Non-Profit Organisations (RNPOs), including trusts, societies and Section 8 companies, under Part B of Chapter XVII of the Income-tax Act, 2025 (Sections 332 to 355) and under FCRA.
  • Certification Services — Issue of certificates required under various laws, including net worth certificates, turnover certificates, certificates for bank and regulatory purposes, and certificates under FEMA/RBI requirements.
  • Stock & Concurrent Audits — Stock audits and concurrent audits for banks and financial institutions, as assigned.

Note: The Income-tax Act, 2025 came into force on 1 April 2026, replacing the Income-tax Act, 1961. Corresponding provisions of the erstwhile Act are indicated above for ease of reference.
